REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Change of Mind Return 
If a return is due to a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back unopened and unused, in the original packaging. However, this shipment will not be covered by NF Beauty. After receiving the item and inspection of the product occurs, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a store credit to use.

Faulty item
If the item you have received is faulty, send us an email with a detailed description of the default in the item and a photo (if possible). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nfbeauty.com.au and send your item to: PO BOX 6395 Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122.

Incorrect item arrival
Please send us an email and our team member will send you an email upon this issue and address you from there.

Exchange due to size
Items without tags are ineligible for an exchange PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG IF EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS REQUIRED. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at hello@nfbeauty.com.au and send your item to: PO BOX 6395 Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122. This shipment will not be covered by NF Beauty.

Allergy Return
This is a rare case, however, if an allergic reaction due to a certain product occurs, please take a photo of the reaction and immediately stop the use of this product. Please send us an email and our team member will send you an email upon this issue and address you from there hello@nfbeauty.com.au.

If you have done any of the above, and you still have not received either your store credit or a refund, please contact us at hello@nfbeauty.com.au

These items are not eligible for a refund.
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
